Commemoration in Vienna

Memorial to the Sinti and Roma of Europe murdered under National Socialism, Berlin (DE), 2 August 2020, 21:00 CET with LIVE BROADCAST

On Sunday 2 August, 2020, half a million people will be remembered who were persecuted and murdered by the Nazi regime as “gypsies”. In Austria, the Nazis murdered 90% of the Roma and Sinti. To this day, the trauma is still present and effective among the survivors and the descendants of those affected.
